Ah, the luck of the Irish
Sure and wouldn't you know that a foin bunch of lads from the Auld Sod (currently performing in the city of "O'Halifax") would come up with a winner.
On this "live" recording, every night is Saturday night on this well paced, free-wheelin' album.
The boys, Fergus O'Byrne, Dermot O'Reilly and Dennis Ryan alias Ryan's Fancy, couple professional musicianship with easy going humour to make this album a must for any late night get together.
Dennis, you have done Tipperary proud and I am sure all Dubliners will boast of their native sons Fergus and Dermot, when they hear this album.
Dennis, your tin whistle has never whistled as beautifully or as happily. Dermot's guitar is an extension of his fun personality and Fergus, the mandolin adds just the right touch.
For a few tender ears out there in radioland it would be best to check "Johnny Bucher" and "Seven Old Ladies" before air-play.
So come on hi…your just in time…the show starts as soon as you set the needle down.
And may you be in Heaven
an hour before the devil
knows your dead.
